The yoga practice at d’Angleterre is a modern concept with focus on music, power and alignment between body and mind. The yoga classes are held in both Danish and English and are complimentary to guests. Book your yoga class at reception or dial 9 from your room. Yoga equipment can be purchased at reception.
Monday: PWR Yoga. Level 2

Wednesday: Strength & Stretch Flow
08.30 a.m. to 09.30 a.m. Strength & Stretch Flow is a music infused vinyasa class to strengthen the body and ease the mind. A perfect way to start the day and direct your focus on what you CAN, your attitude, mindset and energy.
Saturday: Energy Flow. Level 2
10.30 am to 11.30 a.m.
Energy Flow is a music infused vinyasa class with focus on strength, flexibility and body awareness. It is an energetic class for all levels and a perfect way to start the day to direct your mindset and energy.
