A mantra can be a word we repeat to aid in our concentration while we meditate.

Something we would like to strengthen within ourself.

I always enjoy having a mantra for my classes. Today my mantra was ME. Self love & self care. Attention to my own heart. As we learn to love ourself we become much more loving to others and love becomes the circle of our life.

I am whole. I am learning. I am letting go. I am free. I am talented & courageous. I am protecting my joy. I am brave. I am healing. I am loving myself unapologetically. - alex elle-
